MBP, LLC has initiated a long-term Master Plan for a business and industrial/commercial park in Kirbyville, Missouri.  Kirbyville is located in central Taney County with access to Branson, Hollister and Forsyth, Missouri of less than 15 minutes. 

The Master Plan includes 10 mid size to large commercial lots, allowing for buildings ranging from a planned minimum 10,500 square feet, to 100,000+ square feet. 

The Master Plan is a multi-year project with an “anchor tenancy” plan for VHC Brands, Inc. for several Fulfillment Centers and a corporate office.  The Plan also includes complete development planning such as storm water management, underground utilities, curbed and guttered streets, and pedestrian pathways for walking and biking.  For additional information, contact MBP here.
